Time is of the essence! You should not have to feel like you don't have enough time to prepare for the labour and birth of your baby. Therefore, I have put together some different ways of making sure the course is accessible to you and your schedule. So have your pick from; One - One (Zoom / in person), Group (Zoom / in person), Video, Audio, or Book sessions.
I'm currently in the studio (my attic) editing the video and the audio sessions. Bear with me, I'm working very hard to make this available to you.

Need some flexibility or you have a unique situation.. whatever the reasons. Or your baby is due very soon and you need a CRASH COURSE!
One-One sessions are appealing, so get in touch and lets arrange it!
Small Groups, with a few other faces, questions and experiences, can be encouraging. Knowing you are not the only one, brings that extra bit of support and new friends in the same boat. (Perhaps its your Birth Partner that needs to see there are other's also doing the course).
Life may not be compatible with a live course, or the price fits your pocket better. Download and work through a Video Course in your own time; whether it be a lunchtime, evenings, or a weekend. The SBM course can work around you.
Pause, Rewind or watch again because you can.

When you labour & birth there is an amazing team supporting you.
a) Your Midwife is there to keep your labour on track and make sure your baby is doing well.
b) Your Birth Partner is there to emotionally support you! That means they are labouring as well but in a different way.
Therefore, I strongly encourage you to complete the sessions with your birth Partner. There are specific sections addressed to them, to ensure they are as prepared as you are.
